Introduction

The high efficiency concentrator produced by our company is suitable for removing the water in the ore concentrate and the tailings in the ore beneficiation plant and it can concentrate the ore pulp from 20-30% to about 40-70%. This high efficiency concentrator is widely used in metallurgy, chemistry, coal, non-metal ore beneficiation and environmental protection industry.

The principle of high frequency screen is different from the general screen’s. High frequency screen adopt the technology of high frequency. On the one hand, high frequency vibrating screen break the tension of pulp and break the strong oscillation of fine-grained material in the surface of screen. Then accelerate the analysis effect on density useful minerals. And then increase the touching probability of the particle which is smaller than the separation size and the hole in screen. So the separation materials, especially the large proportion materials, are discharged with pulp from the high frequency screen. 

High frequency screen is composed of exciter, pulp distributor, screen frame, rack, hanging spring and screen mesh. It has high efficiency, small amplitude and high screening frequency.

Timely screening the materials that reach the fineness requirement can improve the output of the grinding mill, reduce the energy consumption and improve the economic benefits. Installing a high frequency screen in the dressing return circuit can screen the coarse ore concentrate and send it to the grinding mill for re-grinding, and the fine particles under the screen are concentrated to improve the taste of the ore concentrate.

Performance

The high efficiency concentrator is mainly composed of round concentration basin and rake scraper. The solid particles hanging in the ore pulp of the concentration basin fall under the gravity and the upper part will be clear water, so that the solid particles will be separated from the liquid. The slurry deposited on the bottom of the concentration basin is continuously scrapped by the rake scraper to central discharging port of the bottom of the basin and discharged, and the clear water will overflow along the upper edge of the concentration basin.
