High Pressure Raymond Mill
Introduction
High-Pressure Raymond Mill is mainly consisted of jaw crusher, bucket elevator, hopper, vibrating feeder, grinder, air blower, powder collector, dust catcher. When it works, big materials are crushed by jaw crusher, then the materials are sent into the hopper by bucket elevator, and then fed into the mill evenly by the vibrating feeder at the bottom of the hopper. After being grind, qualified fine powders are brought into the powder collector by the air, and then discharged through the discharging valve at the bottom of the powder collector. Unqualified materials are turned back to the mill to be regrind.
Performance
1. Low production cost, good stability, high performance
Foundation bed made of high strength and anti-crack ductile iron, the central body is connected to the foundation bed using a flexible connection, non-rigid contact, effectively prevent vibration generated by grinding chamber passed to the airframe and analysis machine causing damage to components, and also improve the accuracy of analysis.
2.Quality reducer, overload protection
Made of high quality gear, smooth operation, reliable performance, improve machine stability. Reducer and motor with V-belt transmission of power conducive to overload protection.
3.Analysis machine adopts frequency control
Analysis machine adopts frequency control, more energy efficient and more precision than electromagnetic speed. The process control good mobility and high degree of automation.
4.Cyclone powder collector
High collection powder efficiency, low investment costs, collection powder process can be isolated from most of the fine dust. Cyclone powder collector sets powder quantitative discharge, effectively reducing the pressure loss of the entire wind power systems. Users can also optional "bypass powder collector," according to the dust content in the finished product, reduce dust content.
