Solution:

1. Because of the feeding size is 500-600mm, we choose the PE750X1060 jaw crusher as primary crusher;
2. Limestone is a kind of soft stone, we choose impact crusher as secondary crusher. Considering the capacity is 150tph, we choose PF1315 as secondary crusher.
3. Because of three different sizes, we choose a vibrating screen with capacity 150tph and three decks with different sizes;
4. In order to speed up the process, the clients choose the steel structure foundation instead of concrete foundation which will take longer time;

Conclusion:

After installation and commissioning, the client was satisfied with this production line. The capacity meet his requirement. The most important thing is the shape of crushed stone from impact crusher is cubical shape. It is warmly welcomed by the concrete batching plant.
