100tph Construction Waste Processing plant in China

Case Description:

Nowadays, more and more companies are pursuing the recycle of construction waste. We have a customer in China, he is a construction contractor. Firstly he will dismantle the old building, and then build the new one. In order to save the cost and recycle the construction waste, he discussed about his requirement with us and finally we get the solution. 

Working process:

1. The waster will be fed into the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder;
2. After crushed by the jaw crusher, there will be some workers to pick the wood or some steel bar;
3. There will be a magnetic separator installed on the top of belt conveyor to get the steel out;
4. The impact crusher will crush the construction waste to 0-5mm sand;
